ESENCIA stands for "essence" in Spanish.

It is a word that reflects and embodies my approach to therapeutic bodywork,

as well as my intention to listen, honor and support you during your session.

Located in NE Portland, Esencia Bodywork offers a variety of massage modalities, including Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Swedish Massage, Reiki and Deep Tissue Massage. If you are unsure of what modality is best for you, just let me know what your needs are and I will create a session that is right for you.
